The phases in detail

Assessment 

To enhance what the organization has already accomplished and evaluate its positioning regarding corporate responsibility and sustainability issues.

Involvement of the Board and Top management

For defining the reference context and strategic aspects related to sustainability.

Evaluation of the level of Compliance

In compliance with applicable laws, international standards, and fundamental principles regulating the evolutionary stages of sustainable development.

Stakeholder Engagement

To create listening, awareness, and involvement of all stakeholders with a view to sustainable growth.

Risk Management

To identify and estimate potential risks in order to develop adequate strategies to manage them.

Strategic and operational planning

With a focus on sustainability, to achieve the objectives established by the Board/Top Management.

Internal communication

To involve all members of the organization and create awareness of strategy, mission, and objectives.

Development and implementation of an Integrated Management System

For the management and control of business processes and performance.

For verifying the achievement and attainment of objectives.

Certification in accordance with EASI®

The model has been positively evaluated by Accredia (the Italian government's designated National Accreditation Body) as the reference certification for all organizations that need to demonstrate their willingness and ability to undertake a path of sustainable development.
